Grado (en asturiano Grau y popularmente Grao) es un concejo de la comunidad autónoma del Principado de Asturias, España, una parroquia de dicho concejo y una villa de dicha parroquia, capital del concejo. El topónimo oficial de la parroquia y la villa es bilingüe, en asturiano y castellano, Grau/Grado.

El concejo limita al norte con Candamo y Las Regueras, al este con Proaza, Santo Adriano y Oviedo, al sur con Teverga y Yernes y Tameza y al oeste con Belmonte de Miranda y Salas. Cuenta con una población de 9784 habitantes (INE, 2019).
